Welcome to Monroe Wilson Post 88

Since 1923, American Legion Post 88 has been proudly welcoming Veterans from all branches of our Armed Forces. Today, we continue to extend our arms to all military personnel serving our country, retired members of the military, and anyone who has honorably served at least 1 Day on active duty since December 7th, 1941. Our American Legion Auxiliary and Sons of the American Legion offer membership to direct descendants, spouses, and other family members of those who have served. Our post is nestled in beautiful downtown Brevard, surrounded by the serene Appalachian Mountains in the "Land of the Waterfalls".   Joining our post enables you to help the American Legion as we support the Legion’s Mission:  To enhance the well-being of America's veterans, their families, our military, and our communities by our devotion to mutual helpfulness.
